Please join us for KVIS and Katonah Village Library’s 2018 Personal Health Planning Series What the Health is Going on Your Plate?. This four part series will explore good nourishment based on the cutting-edge, evidence-based personalized health planning program developed by Duke Integrative Medicine.

Jan 31: Plan and prepare your nutritional approach for 2018 – Speaker Amy Rosenfeld MS RD CDN “Food Label Savvy”

This program is facilitated by Deirdre Breen, NBC-HWC, KVIS’ Katonah Inspired Committee Chair and sponsored by KVIS, KVL, the Town of Bedford, Bedford 2020 and Northern Westchester Hospital-Northwell Health.
