Small Conference Room

The small conference room is located on the 1st floor near the Teen Area. It is available at no cost for 1-8 people.
Anyone may sign-up at the checkout desk for 1-2 hours.

Usage Guidelines

Please note and follow the guidelines listed below.

1) Reservations may be made 24 hours in advance in person or by phone (914-232-3508). Please be on time for the reservation.

2) Food is not permitted in the conference room. Covered beverages are allowed.

3) Please moderate your voices, so that others are not disturbed.

4) A table and several chairs are provided. You are welcome to bring personal laptops.

5) Katonah Village Library reserves the right, at its own discretion, to limit the number of times per week or per month that a group or individual may use the conference room.

Please note that the library offers larger groups meeting rooms for rental fees.
