HAND PULLED PRINTS
Impressions by Artist Members of The Center for Contemporary Printmaking
Hand Pulled Prints, currently at the Katonah Village Library, highlights a diversity of original works by artist members of The Center for Contemporary Printmaking (CCP). The exhibition, which features 22 artists, illustrates a broad range of printmaking techniques—from drypoint, etching, and lithography to monotype, digital and other practices.
Founded in 1995 in Norwalk, Connecticut, CCP serves as an oasis of creativity where emerging and professional artists experiment and learn traditional and contemporary print techniques. The center is dedicated to increasing awareness, knowledge and appreciation for prints and the process of printmaking through exhibitions, publications, educational programs, and artist workshops.
A reception will be held at the library on Sunday, April 7, from 1:00–2:30pm.
The galleries will be open for the Art Stroll, Saturday, April 27, from 5–7pm.
The public is welcome.
